Coolgarra Contracting is now owned and operated by Gunther Civil
Gunther Civil, an independently owned and operated Australian business, has expanded its service offerings and capabilities with the recent acquisition of Coolgarra Contracting and CK Quarries.
When speaking of the recent transaction, Anthony Gunther – Managing Director of Gunther Civil stated, “We are excited to pursue further market opportunities within the Far North Queensland region, building upon the established relationships that Coolgarra Contracting has created.”
Along with the acquisition of Coolgarra Contracting, Gunther Resources (an affiliate company of Gunther Civil) will now be supplying a broad range of Transport and Main Roads approved quarry materials from the Andesite and Hardrock quarry located at Mt Garnet, QLD.
